Exciting News: Our New Digital Banking Platform Launches on March 4th!
We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our new Digital Banking platform on March 4th! The platform will “go live” in the afternoon, and at that time, the “Log-in” prompt on the home page of our website will redirect you to the new site. You can also access it by visiting https://my.russellcountryfcu.org or by downloading our new app from your mobile device’s app store.
To help you get started, we’ve provided links below for logging in via PC, tablet, or mobile device, as well as FAQs. The first time you log in, your credentials will automatically sync across all your devices, so you’ll only need to log in once.
Important: If you’ve previously used face or fingerprint recognition on our current platform, please note that this will not transfer over. You’ll need to log in with your current Username and Password for the first time. After that, you can easily set up face or fingerprint recognition on the new platform.
